Our fees in any case will depend on the circumstances, and in cases involving, inter alia, our surveillance service or decoy (‘honey trap’) service, our fees will largely depend on the exact location of the case, any locations we are required to visit, and any expenses which could be accrued during the case. If you would like to receive a free quote from us, then please be sure to include as many details as possible with your inquiry. We will do our best to assess the case and offer the most cost effective solution if we are able to help.

Yes, of course. Our service is 100% private and confidential.

In most cases we require payment upfront and in full. In surveillance cases, for example, we often provide updates in real time as we are working – in this case we would require payment upfront and in full for at least one session of surveillance. In some cases we may be able to offer a ‘50% before and 50% after’ payment term, however in these cases the results of the investigation will not be disclosed to you until we have received the second transfer.

Although we try our best during all cases, due to the unpredictable nature of investigative work many services are offered without guarantees as to the outcome or results.

We can consult with you over the phone however please request a quote from us and explain your case as a first step. If we are able to accept your case, and if you find that our quote is affordable, then we will gladly discuss further with you over the phone.

It is easier for us to have access to the information on your case in written format (e-mail/message), rather than verbally over the phone. Furthermore, there will be little merit in discussing your situation over the phone if we are not able to help you or if you find that our quote is unacceptable.
